Indulge your senses with this delightful series of educational, interactive classes and demonstrations as we traverse some of Callaway Gardens favorite backdrops. Whether you are a gardener "extraordinaire" or someone just looking to expand your culinary palate, these classes will surely invigorate your senses.

Class 1: Napa Valley Entertaining’s “Three Perfect Dates”

Gardens Restaurant

Suzanne Phifer Pavitt, Proprietor of Phifer Pavitt Wine will guide the class through art of entertaining Napa Valley style with her Date Night wines in recreating her three perfect dates for the recently published, Napa Valley Entertaining. Taste Phifer Pavitt’s wines along with  some outstanding charcuterie and more from Master Butcher, Michael Sullivan.

Class 2: Biscuits & Bundts

Gardens Restaurant

Brian Hart Hoffman, editor-in-chief of Bake from Scratch magazine will show you how he makes tall, flaky Southern biscuits and share his current favorite Bundt cake recipe, a Carrot Chai Bundt Cake, baked in Nordic Ware’s beautiful new Magnolia pan. This class will be filled with tips for home bakers, plenty of laughs, and a seasonal cocktail, served in a coupe.

Class 3: Big Green Egg, Al Fresco in the Overlook Azalea Garden

Overlook Gardens

Join Executive Chef Brandon Carter, FARM Bluffton, Bluffton, SC as he demonstrates grilling techniques on the Big Green Egg. Kevin Ryan with Service Brewing, Savannah, GA will pair some beers with Brandon’s gourmet bites. All with the beautiful backdrop of the multi-colored azaleas gardens!
